Parede

This apartment is a renovation project located in Parede with an area of 180sqm.

The program given by the client was to create a clean, functional duplex apartment with the particularity of allowing the possibility to divide the apartment into two independent fractions whenever needed. So in fact our starting point was to design 2 apartments with an internal staircase connecting both. The result where two different floor plans, the ground floor being more open, with an open kitchen, dining, and living room in a common area, and the first floor with functions separated by a paneled wall, creating an open/closed relationship connected by a set of plans that originate the staircase shaft.
